The space
This property is full equipped for all your getaway needs including a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The living area has 2 sofas for comfort and a flat screen TV.

The 4 double bedrooms can be found across the upper two floors. Two of the bedrooms have zip and link beds which can be either set up as doubles or split into singles, please state the required configuration when making your booking. Each bedroom has wardrobe and drawer space for your belongings.

One shower room can be found on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.

You will have full and exclusive use of the whole property during your stay!

Self-check in is from 3pm on date of arrival and all details for accessing the property will be sent to the main guest 24 hours prior to your stay. Standard check-out time is 10am.

PRE CHECK IN

Pre-Check In is administered automatically by our system after a booking is made. Please kindly complete this to improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and properties.

~ We require some standard information about the lead guest for every reservation including full name, address, email and telephone number.

~ Identification: We request a copy of the ID of the person making the booking, or the lead guest ahead of releasing check-in information. This is to comply with insurance purposes and improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and the property.

~ Booking Terms and Conditions: We require a digital signature from the person making the booking or the lead guest to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of our Booking Terms and Conditions.

~ Security Deposit: To ensure everything goes smoothly during your stay, we use a £300 security deposit pre-authentication process. This is simply a hold on the amount and won’t be charged unless necessary. The hold will be released after your stay once we have checked the property.

CHECK IN

Please kindly note that our standard check-in and check-out times are:

~ Check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival.

~ Check-out at or by 10am on the day of departure.

~ Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be available for your stay and can be purchased within your Guest Guide (accessible via the link after Pre Check-in has been completed) under the Additional Services section. Please send a message prior to purchase to check availability.

HOUSE RULES

Our detailed House Rules will be sent to you after booking but please kindly note:

~ No parties or events are allowed at any time.

~ We cannot accommodate pets at this property.

~ Guests must not smoke within the property at any time and any used cigarettes must be stubbed out and disposed of safely. Please do not throw these onto the floor. If it is found that smoking has taken place inside the property a charge of £200 will be made for deep cleaning. This excludes any damage charges due to, for example, cigarette burns in contents.

~ Please respect our neighbours at all times when inside and outside the property and avoid excessive noise at all times.

TRAVEL COT

We offer a Travel Cot upon request. Kindly message us 48 hours prior to check-in to arrange for preparation. A fee of £25 will apply. Please note that you will need to bring a sheet for the cot with you.
