Referrals

​​MOVR Referrals

The below information relates to the MOVR Referral Campaign which is in effect from January 2025.

​

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the MOVR Referral Campaign ("Campaign"), which allows participants ("Referrers") to earn rewards for referring friends, colleagues, or other businesses ("Referees") to MOVR. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Campaign, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be able to provide a valid email address to receive communications regarding the Campaign.

  • Reside in a country where MOVR offers its services.

​

3. Referral Offer

  • Referrers will receive a 10% discount on their next stay (discounts are capped at £100) when a referred friend, colleague, or business successfully books and pays for a stay with MOVR.

  • The discount or earnings will be issued after the referred friend’s booking is confirmed, fully paid, and the stay is complete.

 

4. How It Works

A. Referral Process:

â—‹  Referrers share the details of the contact details or their MOVR Account Manager and MOVR service information with a friend, colleague, or business (the "Referee").

â—‹  The Referee submits their booking enquiry, providing necessary personal and booking details.

â—‹  MOVR will contact the Referee to process a quote and booking information and will ask for the name of the Referrer to track the referral.

B. Booking and Stay Requirements:

â—‹  To qualify for the reward, the Referee must make their booking within 30 days of submitting their enquiry via the referral page.

â—‹  The Referee must stay at a MOVR property within 6 months of the booking date for the referral to be valid.

​

C. Tracking Referrals:

â—‹  MOVR will track referrals based on the information provided by the Referee when they submit their enquiry. Referrers will be asked to provide their name and email address for identification purposes.

D. Reward Issuance:

â—‹  Once the Referee’s booking is confirmed, fully paid, and the stay is completed, the Referrer will receive their reward in the form of a 10% discount on their next stay with MOVR.

 

5. Reward Limits

  • The maximum reward a Referrer can earn per referral is £1,000.

  • Referrals that do not result in a confirmed and paid booking or in which the Referee does not stay at a MOVR property within 6 months will not qualify for rewards.

 

6. Referral Form

To participate in the Campaign, Referrers must complete a referral form located on the "Referrals" page, which includes the following details: First Name, Last Name, Email Address.

 

7. Non-Eligibility

The following types of referrals are not eligible for rewards:

  • Self-referrals (Referring your own booking).

  • Any fraudulent or abusive referrals as determined by MOVR.

  • Referrals made through any form of solicitation or spamming.

 

8. Modification or Termination

  • MOVR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice, including modifying the terms or rewards.

 

9. Privacy and Data

  • By participating in the Campaign and submitting your email address, you consent to MOVR collecting, storing, and processing your personal data in accordance with MOVR’s Privacy Policy. This includes using your contact details to inform you about the reward issuance and any other relevant communications related to the Campaign.

  • Additionally, by providing your email address, you agree to be opted in to receive marketing communications from MOVR, including updates, promotions, and offers related to our services. You can opt out of these marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting MOVR’s support team.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the Campaign will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country in which MOVR is registered.

12. General Terms

  • Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

  • These Terms may be updated or amended at any time by MOVR without prior notice, and the updated terms will be posted on the "Referrals" page.

 

13. Acceptance

By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
