Our History
MOVR was originally founded in 2020 and has grown from managing a few properties to now a large portfolio of short-stay and residential accommodation, fully managed by our team within South Yorkshire and Northern Derbyshire, alongside a growing network of corporate accommodation; consisting of thousands of properties across the UK and Ireland.
We have over 10 years of experience working in the property industry in Sheffield, and know this city like the back of our hands. We’ve also been approved as members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) and National Landlords Associations (NRLA) since we started.

Managing Director
Mark initially started investing in property in 2013, before founding property investment agency Resonate Property in 2016. After 7 years of working in the property industry, Mark founded MOVR with the aim of providing property owners with a truly hands-off and reliable management service and tenants with safe and well-maintained places to call their own.
