Our History
Originally founded in 2020, MOVR started as a small letting agency and now manages a large portfolio of short-stay and residential accommodation, fully managed by our team within South Yorkshire and Northern Derbyshire, and a growing network of corporate accommodation partners; comprising thousands of properties across the UK and Ireland.
We have over 11 years' experience working in the property industry in the UK and are proud to be members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) and National Landlords Associations (NRLA).
Meet the Team
Mark Pereira
Director
Mark started investing in property in 2013, before founding property investment agency Resonate Property in 2016.
After 7 years of working in the property industry, Mark founded MOVR which now provides worker accommodation services across the UK & Ireland and Lettings and Property Management services across South Yorkshire.
Ryan Gains
Marketing Partner
Ryan works across the MOVR business shaping our brand, digital presence and growth strategy.
He brings extensive experience in marketing and sales, supporting us with marketing strategy, campaigns and ongoing brand development.
Jodie Deakin
Marketing & Short-term Let Property Manager
Jodie runs MOVR’s Short-Term Let Property Management operations across South Yorkshire and is the key contact for our property owner clients. In addition, Jodie manages MOVR’s marketing activity, supporting business growth while maintaining exceptional standards for our guests.
Zeeshan Mustafa
Business Development & Account Executive
Zeeshan works on MOVR's Business Accommodation solutions. Being a main point of contact for our business clients, Zeeshan provides bespoke accommodation solutions to businesses working across the UK & Ireland.
Sam Shake
Operations Administrator (Property Management)
Sam runs the administration of MOVR's Property Management operations local to South Yorkshire and is a key point of contact for tenants and suppliers. Sam ensures our guests and tenants experience the best customer service and support.
Dette Malesido
Operations Administrator (Business Accommodation)
Dette oversees operational administration of our national and international Business Accommodation solutions; providing a seamless experience for our clients, guests and host partners.
Haya Bukhari
Accounts Administrator
Haya administrates MOVR’s accounts department, providing day-to-day support for our clients and suppliers alike. She ensures invoices, payments and account queries are handled accurately and efficiently, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
