Lettings and Property Management Fees 

The following fees are applicable to our Residential Lettings and Property Management services for long term tenancy set-up and management:

Full Property Management​

• Tenant find and Lettings Setup £550 + VAT

• Management (incl. Rent Collection) 12% + VAT

• Lettings Renewal £120 + VAT

​

Let Only

• Tenant find and Lettings Setup equal to 60% of one month's rent + VAT (Minimum Fee £675 + VAT applicable)

• Lettings Renewal £180 + VAT

Additional Services 

• Check-in Inventory: from £120 + VAT

• Check-out Inventory: from £120 + VAT

• Tenant References: £35 + VAT per tenant

• Deposit Administration and Registration: £65 + VAT

• Additional Property Visits incl. Custom Report and Photographs: £65 + VAT

• Service of Section 13 Notice: £120 + VAT

• Maintenance works: from Contractor Invoice value + 15% + VAT

• Boiler Service + Gas Safety Check: £120 incl. VAT

• Electrical Installation Condition Report: from £150 incl. VAT

• Energy Performance Certificates: from £120 incl. VAT

• Portable Appliance Testing Report: from £120 incl. VAT

• Fire Risk Assessment: from £519 incl. VAT.
