Lettings and Property Management Fees 

The following fees are applicable to our Residential Lettings and Property Management services:

Full Property Management​

• Tenant find and Lettings Setup £550 + VAT

• Management (incl. Rent Collection) 12% + VAT

• Lettings Renewal £120 + VAT

Let Only

• Tenant find and Lettings Setup equal to One Month's Rent (Minimum Fee £650 + VAT)

• Lettings Renewal £180+VAT

Additional Services 

• Check-in Inventory from £120 + VAT

• Check-out Inventory from £120 + VAT

• Tenant References £30 + VAT per tenant

• Deposit Administration and Registration £65 + VAT

• Maintenance works equal to Contractor Invoice value + 18% incl. VAT

• Boiler Service + Gas Safety Check £120 incl. VAT

• Electrical Installation Condition Report £150 incl. VAT

• Other Services POA
